St. Thérèse of Lisieux – Co-Patron of the Missions and the Share Jesus Years

She was only 15 when she knelt before the Pope, begging for permission to enter the Carmelite monastery years early. That bold teenager was St. Thérèse of Lisieux. Though she never left her cloister, her simple “Little Way” of doing small things with great love made her co-patroness of the missions. As patron saint of the Share Jesus years in the Diocese of Green Bay, St. Thérèse shows us that powerful evangelization doesn’t require grand gestures — only great love offered in ordinary moments.
