NEW FOOD PANTRY LOCATION: St. Vincent de Paul Society of Marinette announced the new location of its food pantry at 2000 Cleveland Ave., previously the site of Scoops restaurant. By moving the food pantry out of the previous location at the thrift store, pantry visitors will experience a more spacious and welcoming environment, expanded service hours and a return to grocery-style shopping. As St. Vincent de Paul transitions to the new facility, the organization continues to seek the community’s support. The St. Vincent de Paul thrift store, located at 1619 Main St., Marinette, will not be moving. The thrift store will also expand into the food pantry space later this year. 

WISCONSIN SINGERS AT RONCALLI: Wisconsin Singers, the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s premier Broadway-caliber touring production, will take the stage for its 56th season show “When Opposites Attract” at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, at Roncalli High School, 2000 Mirro Drive, Manitowoc. The new original 90-minute show features captivating vocals, stunning choreography and the electrifying 10-piece Wisconsin Singers student band. Audiences will hear more than 40 songs in this fast-paced show, including top hits from artists like Tina Turner, Queen, Dolly Parton and Michael Bublé, and numbers from the Broadway musicals “Hamilton,” “Wicked,” “Some Like It Hot” and others. The Wisconsin Singers’ band will also showcase its special blend of jazz, funk and classic rock. FIT SHEPHERDS: All men and boys, ages 12 to 17 with a parent signature, are invited to join Fit Shepherds, a group that completes a demanding 45-minute workout at 7 a.m. Saturdays in the St. Raphael the Archangel Church parking lot, 830 S. Westhaven Drive, Oshkosh.

BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT: The Holy Cross Men’s Open basketball tournament begins play on Friday, March 22, in the Carl Giordana Gym, 320 Kaukauna St., Kaukauna. The tournament features former college players, including some who have played professionally. Games are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on opening night. Tournament play continues Saturday and Sunday, March 23 and 24, and Friday to Sunday, April 5-7. Proceeds support St. Ignatius Catholic School athletics. FAITH SERIES: Norbertine Fr. Tim Shillcox will present “He Took a Towel…,” a Holy Week meditation, at 7 p.m. Monday, March 25, at the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre, 1600 W. Prospect Ave., Appleton. Fr. Shillcox will reflect on Jesus’ last hours with his disciples the night before he died. The presentation is part of the 2023-2024 “Investigate Your Faith! Series” sponsored by CIA-Faith Mission Operatives. No registration is required. Freewill offerings are encouraged. 

EGG ROLL SALE: The Hmong Catholic Community of Green Bay is holding an egg roll sale to raise funds for programs, materials and conferences for the congregation. Order pickup is 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 6, at St. Jude Church, 1420 Division St., Green Bay. The cost per dozen (pork or vegetable) is $15. Orders are due by Tuesday, April 2. ORGAN CONCERT: Amanda Mole will perform at the Canon John O. Bruce Memorial Organ Concert Series, 3 p.m. Sunday, April 7, at St. Norbert Abbey, 1016 N. Broadway, De Pere. Admission is free. Mole graduated from the Yale Institute of Sacred Music and the School of Music with a master of music degree in organ performance and sacred music. During her time at Yale, she studied organ with Martin Jean and choral conducting with Maggie Brooks and was the only candidate in her class to receive the Church Music Studies Certificate for additional sacred music and theological studies. Mole is the first-prize winner of the 8th International Musashino-Tokyo Organ Competition (2017), one of the largest and most prestigious organ competitions in the world. She is the first-place and audience prize winner of the Miami International Organ Competition (2016), and the first-place winner of the Arthur Poister Organ Competition (2014), the John Rodland Memorial Organ Competition (2014) and the Peter B. Knock Award (2014).

SCHOOL FUNDRAISER: St. Thomas Aquinas Academy will hold its 42nd annual auction from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, in the high school gym, 1200 Main St., Marinette. WOMEN’S MORNING: The Oshkosh Catholic parishes and Fr. Carr’s Place 2B are offering “Women of Faith,” a morning of prayer, sharing, witness and encouragement. CENTERING PRAYER DAY RETREAT: Kathie Tilot will present an introduction to centering prayer at a day retreat, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 13, at the Norbertine Center for Spirituality at St. Norbert Abbey, 1016 N. Broadway, De Pere. Centering prayer is a method of silent prayer in which the faithful can experience God’s presence within. The $40 fee includes lunch. Note: registration closes on March 25. ENTRUST RETREAT: An “Entrust Discipleship on a Mission Retreat” will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, April 19, and continue from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 20, at St. John Parish, 416 6th Ave., Antigo. Attendees will receive formation and practice how to walk with others on their journey of faith. 40TH ANNUAL AUCTION EVENT: The Roncalli Pierside Auction will celebrate a major milestone — 40 years. The in-person, adults-only event will take place Saturday, April 27, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Roncalli High School, 2000 Mirro Drive in Manitowoc. Admission is free and is open to the public. The first 200 guests will receive a special giveaway item to mark the occasion. The opportunity to bid on items online will return, but they will not compete with the items that will be exclusive to the in-person event. The online portion of the auction will run from 3 p.m. Thursday, April 25, to 3 p.m. Monday, April 29, at https://e.givesmart.com/events/AQQ/. A limited number of sterling silver Roncalli Catholic Schools charms will be available for purchase through the online auction site.

Tickets for the Cash Raffle and the Gravely Riding Lawn Mower Raffle (sponsored by Ariens Company and Rick and Denise Krowiorz) are now on sale.
