The Catholic Diocese of Green Bay is currently seeking a Missionary Discipleship Director who can make and form disciples of Jesus Christ in our Diocese.

The Missionary Discipleship Director is responsible for advancing the Diocesan goal to “call forth and form hundreds of missionary leaders who will mobilize thousands of missionary disciples who disciple at least two others”.

They will foster a culture that inspires, equips and supports disciples to become missionary disciples. They will develop formation processes that promote an understanding of missionary discipleship throughout parishes, schools, communities and the Curia in the Diocese of Green Bay. The position works collaboratively and cross-functionally with all mission teams – most directly with the Offices of Lay Leader Formation and Evangelization.

The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic in good standing and have a bachelor’s degree in religious studies, organizational development or related with a master’s degree in theology or related preferred.  Prior experience at the diocesan level is also preferred.
