The Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for a Human Resources Assistant in our Office of Human Resources.

In this fast-paced environment, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for assisting the HR Director, providing administrative support, reception duties, and workflow processes within the Human Resources Office while supporting the mission, core values and vision of the Diocese of Green Bay. This position will also support the staffing manager for all staffing needs including Camp Tekakwitha hiring process and recruiting workflow processes such as scheduling and processing of new employees in the HRIS System. In this position, the employee will assist with Retirement parties, Recognition Awards annual process, and the planning and coordination of the Curia Christmas party. In addition, this position is responsible for general record keeping including personnel files, maintaining various spreadsheets, running reports, and special projects as assigned by the HR Director.

We would like to see someone with an associate degree and 5 years of administrative experience.  Proficiency in the use of a variety of computer software programs with advance knowledge of MS Office software.  Must be detail oriented and have a “can do” attitude while prioritizing workload and adapting to interruptions and changing priorities.
