Description
The Attendance Secretary is a member of the Notre Dame Academy Main Office Team. This position is the primary administrative support to the Associate Principal. It is a 10-month, full-time position starting August 10, 2026.

NDA proudly serves almost 720 students between grades 9 through 12, extending its educational reach throughout the Greater Green Bay area.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
Administrative Duties
- Daily attendance tracking for students.
- Communication with parents about student absences.
- Produce usable attendance data for school improvement.
General Daily Responsibilities
- Daily attendance tracking for students.
- Collaborative member of the Main Office Team to maintain the daily operation of the school.
- Assists with front-door security and other school-safety-related tasks.
Position Requirements:
- Familiarity with Catholic teaching
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant position is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of the daily workings of a school
- Interest in working with high school students and their families
- Spanish fluency is preferred but not required
- Strong technology skills. Proficiency in Google Suite is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A self-starter, data and deadline-driven, with the ability to multitask with solid organizational and time-management skills
